”Clean but could use some love. Needs good painting and courtyard was completely neglected with overgrown weeds. Construction right next door but realize little can be done with that. Good location to walk to various locations.”

”We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this property. It has a great location, just outside the gates of the Kiawah Island Resort. The home is well laid-out, comfortable and well-appointed. The community pool is just a few steps away, and the beach is about a 10-min walk. Area was quiet, and beds were comfortable. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. We ran into a few small personal hiccups, and the owners they could not have...

The weather was cool so the outside kitchen was a nice place to hang out. I was glad to have brought some bug spray…you are on the edge of the marshes on James Island. The area is filled with old live oaks...
