Hi Tamara, Thanks so much for your review. All our rooms have plates, bowles,knife,fork and spoons in mircowaves, due to all our rooms being booked by trades workers 99% of the time. In regards to air conditioning, i checked that is working, but noted it was set on warm, as Morwell weather changes as you would noticed from warm to cold very quickly. Hi Caroline, thank you so much for the honest review. Had ihave known about the person next door, i would have removed them straight away, as we do have a " No Noise" policy after 9.30 which we do inforce. Also as you know, we have only taken over The Coal Valley at the time of your visit 2 weeks, and since then we are happy to say that we have started painting rooms and updating has started. We hope that you will visit us in future and see the changes. Eileen & Carl
