”Beautiful boutique hotel, loved the careful attention to detail and overall comfort. Excellent airconditioning (difficult to find in Europe), amenities, and lovely staff. "Hotelli sijaisee lähellä juna-asemaa ja ratikat kulkevat vierestä, joten sieltä oli helppoa kulkea joka suuntaan kaupunkia. Hotelli oli siisti, mutta kaipaa ehkä hieman remontointia. WC oli pieni, eikä siellä ollut bidee-suihkua. Huoneessa helposti käytettävä tallelokero. Aamupala oli mukavan monipuolinen, eteläeurooppalaistyylinen sisältäen paljon crossantteja, leipää ja leivonnaisia, ei niin paljoa tuoreita aamuleipätarvikkeita. Ulkoa kuuluu ratikoiden ääni ja viereisistä huoneista kuului hieman ääntä. "
