”The place was great, but keep in mind there’s no housekeeping. And the walls are paper thin, so if people are talking in the next room you will hear it.”

”The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

”It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room”

”The staff was excellent but we found multiple roaches in the room. Also the water pressure in pit bathroom was not strong enough to use the shower as it provided a slight trickle of water.”

”Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. I’d give it 2 stars but staff brought it up a bit. Ok for the night; but...

”Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to...

”Room was old . Bathroom door handle broken. Paint coming off the walls in bathroom. No toilet paper dispenser. Sheets were old and yellow one of the sheets were stained. Door at the end of hallway kept slamming all night. Towels were stained and ripped. No telephone in room and television was a problem to work. Beds are short and hard to get in and out of.”

”Parking lot is a mess. Check in easy. Everything is old and unclean. We almost left after walking into the room, unfortunately there were not any vacancies in the places we wanted to stay. Washcloth was stained, towels very thin, no tissues, no soap dish for hand washing soap, limited plugs for charging, very thin bed linens. However it did have iron and ironing board, mini fridge and a very small microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We will plan ahead next time so we do not have...

”Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.”
