First room intensely smoky, second room smoky slightly better than the first, third not smoky but ragged from the beat up microwave to the tilted tv. But the 1980's sedan parked outside with a little tree growing behind the rear tire was a nice feature.

The lights in my room didn't work, the people nextdoor were arguing at 3am. There's no heating.

This was the most nastiest dirtiest place I've ever been to. I did not even stay there. I left and went somewhere else.

For family travel, do not stay here. SCARRY BAD
Non-smoking room we received reeked of smoke that got into all of our clothing, carpet to bathroom transition was ductaped, window drapes had blood stains, wiped counters revealed dark yellow grime, tv remote didn't work, drawers contained loose Ramen noodles, dead roaches with eggs, and assorted filth, AC/Heater sounded like jet engine all night. I have traveled for over 30 years and stayed in hundreds of hotels varying in price. Considering the price, this hotel rates as the worst hotel I ever used. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were 10 times better.

BEWARE!!! Don’t stay here!!
TERRIBLE!! The room smelt like strong smoke. The curtains wouldn’t close. You can’t even go inside the hotel office area. It’s closed up and locked at all hours. You have to talk through a small window. Everything just looked dirty in the rooms. The walls paint was chipping everywhere, the bathroom was scary….no way I was taking a shower there….there wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. The beds were hard! Obscene things written on the door in sharpie. It looked NOTHING like the photos!! Very scratchy area when you see the cops drive around the building several times through the night. It advertises breakfast…yeah right! You can’t even get in the building. I wouldn’t have ate it anyways.

Big gap in door to room allowing people to look through. Duct tape transition strips between the carpeting and tile. Lousy patch jobs on doors and walls where holes have been punched in. Sheets had holes in them where blood stains were cut out. There was still a little stain left around the holes. Hair on the pillows. Really run down and disgusting rooms. Had a non smoking room that smelled like a casino. Everything was stained and filthy.I was too tired to leave and find something else so I slept in my clothes.

The room smells like still smoke. There is no blanket, only a sheet. Was not using that covering, it does not look clean. The electricity in the bedroom area and by the bathroom sink did not work. When I was leaving I noticed flys near the sink. Tub was dirty, possibly a stain, but I was not willing to try and find out.

Worst Stay
The only positive part of the stay was the comfort of the bed. However, it seemed like it had not been cleaned, so we opted to use our own blankets n pillows n sleep on top of the provided ones. The AC was being held up by a 2 x 4 and there was a baby shoe under the desk. The shower had no hot water at 5 AM. And there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door, u could literally see inside or out. When we went to close the curtains, we found a large black stain at the top with something attached. I was so disgusted. But I was exhausted from traveling. I will not stay here again and will not recommend this location.

Came to Philly for a concert. This motel was reasonably priced and only like 15 minutes away from venue. I’m happy with my choice.

Room smelled like ass and cigarette’s. Was not clean at all. Cigarettes were all over the floor and everything was dusty Room key stopped working after the first day. Nobody was in the lobby to help us and we waited for like 30 minutes. Decided to just leave and came back at night and the worker took his sweet time to help us get a new key. Didn’t speak to us at all and seemed annoyed that we needed help

Ive stayed in three differt rooms now this was the best so far except shower ran all over floor. But beds were very comfortable and clean. Need coffee makers or hot water machine.

I was worried after reading some reviews, but the room was clean and spacious. The facility as a whole and the rooms are a bit run down, but nothing that interfered with my comfort. It's good value for money. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitant to stay here again.
