Vuoden 2019 huomautus: Ammattitaitoisesti ylläpidetty 14-jalka kerrallaan 24-jalkainen uima-allas (kolmesta viiteen jalka syvä) ja lapsi-allas.

VIP-talo on viiden makuuhuoneen, neljän kylvyn toinen rivitalo, joka sijaitsee 0. 1 kilometrin päässä Garden City Pieristä. Tässä 3 000 neliömetrin avoimessa pohjaratkaisukodussa on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone, sekä pesukone, kuivausrumpu, keskuslämmitys ja ilmastointi sekä kattotuuletin. Saatavilla on myös kuusi taulutelevisiota (kaapeli), DVD-soitin, puhelin ja Wi-Fi. Makuuhuoneissa on kaksi kuningasta, kaksi kuningatar ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta sekä kaksi queen-size-vuodesohvaa. Kaksi makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat alakerrassa; Makuuhuoneessa on yksi king-size-vuode, makuuhuoneessa kaksi on yksi kuningatar ja yksi kahden hengen vuode, ja olohuoneessa on yksi queen-size-vuodesohva. Kolme makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat yläkerrassa; Makuuhuoneen kolmessa on yksi king-size-vuode, makuuhuoneen neljässä on yksi kuningatar ja yksi kahden hengen sänky, ja viidessä makuuhuoneessa (avoin parvi) on yksi queen-size-vuodesohva. Kätevästi lähellä joitakin parhaista alueen nähtävyyksistä, Garden City Beach on suoraan Surfside Beachin eteläpuolella ja päättyy niemimaalle Murrells Inletin suulla. Yksi Garden City Beachin tunnetuimmista nähtävyyksistä on Garden Cityn laituri. Muita nähtävyyksiä ovat Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner ja Sara J's Seafood -ravintola.

Vain etelään Garden City Beach on Murrells Inlet, merenrantayhteisö, jota pidetään "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", mutta on myös kotiin joitakin maan parhaista golfkentistä. Jos etsit paikkoja ostoksia varten, Inlet Square Mall, Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway rannalla, Barefoot Landing, kaksi Tanger-ostospaikkaa, lukemattomat raitiovaunut ja monet muut ostosmahdollisuudet ovat kaikki helpon ajomatkan päässä Garden City Beachistä. Etsitkö viihdettä, ota esille Alabaman teatterissa, Medieval Timesissa, The Carolina Opryssä, Pirates Voyageissa ja Legends in Concertissa. Älä unohda myös Ripleyn akvaarioa, Alligator-seikkailua, Hard Rock -kahvila, Jimmy Buffettin Margaritaville ja Pavilion Nostalgia -puisto.

Muita kiinnostavia kohteita ovat Georgetownin rannikkoyhteisö, Etelä-Carolinan kolmanneksi vanhin kaupunki ja Etelä-Carolinan toiseksi suurin satama, ja historiallinen Conway, jonka keskustan Riverwalk-alue sijaitsee Waccamaw-joen rannoilla. Molemmissa kaupungeissa on hienoja ruokailu-, ostos- ja historiallisia kohteita.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach ja Murrells Inlet ovat kaikki lähellä Waccamaw-sairaalaa ja useita kiireellisiä hoitopalveluja.

We were visited by Hurricane Debbie so spent a lot of time indoors. The house was very spacious allowing everyone to get some much needed alone time. The loft area added another entertainment space(tv/reading/gaming). Location was as we expected with public beach access across the street (two houses down). The only downfall was the deck and pool furniture, both were below average. The pool had no lounge chairs, what was there wasn’t as nice as other places we’ve stayed. We would stay here again!!

The V.I.P. house was a nice property that was well stocked and provided ample space for our party of 14.The owners even provided a bookshelf that had bibles and Christian oriented books that I found refreshing. The cleaning service was below expectation however. The floor and counter tops could have been cleaner. The living area ceiling van was very dirty. We had to clean it otherwise it blew dust bunnies all over the room. The linens were stained and soiled. Within an hour of reporting this, they provided 2 full bags of clean towels and linens.The pool was very nice and the property was well maintained.Overall it was a very nice property and a great location with ample parking for 5 vehicles and a golf cart.We would stay again. Thank you.

Kitchen was well stocked and the pool was great! Extra supplies for the beach were nice also! The house did need a deep clean. It was not all cleaned when we arrived but they sent a crew back out. The fridge also freezes food so don’t overstuff. Other than those things we loved it!

I was not getting on my hands and knees on vacation to clean. Our feet were dirty if we did not keep shoes on all the time. The walls were not clean and looked like someone spilt and was not wiped down. Under the beds and couches were dirt also. Other than the cleanliness it was good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience itself was great. Booking was easy, payments were simple, checking in was a breeze, although it was a little delayed for cleaning purposes. However, the little people that crawl had very black legs very quickly, so that tells me the floors were not washed lately, but at the same time, I realize there needs to be quick turnover time. Property itself... the beds are horrible and the shower heads could use some improvement. For the amount of money I put out, I was very disappointed with that.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The VIP House is in a great location and is a beautiful place. We did have issues with the plumbing the first 3 days. They sent someone out the first two times and the problems were not fixed and the third day raw sewage backed up into 2 of the bath tubs. They did get a plumber who fixed it but never sent anyone to clean the bathrooms even after I told them we were not cleaning it. My husband had to go by gloves and Clorox to clean. NOT a pleasant experience!

Nice House but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not the best area for families. Loud music and very busy area. Heard noise very late at night and quite frankly we did not feel safe. Beach access was easy but we will certainly head to family friendly area like Litchfield next time. House was generally clean but things like blinds had a mound of dust.

Great location but not up to expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and chose VIP House based on photos. We were able to look past worn out sofas in the great room that but everyone agreed that the mattresses were terrible and we did contact the agency about them. We would consider renting again, but only if mattresses are replaced. Additional recommendations to owner:Add a refrigerator to the main floor storage closet and a grill to the carport area. We loved Sara J’s, Hot Fish Club, and Angela’s fresh market.

VIP House failure

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house last year and due to the location we rented it again this year. On Sunday morning after starting the dishwasher Sat nite, we found that the dinner ware was not washed. We waited until Monday morning to call Maintenance. The Maint man came and after about 15 minutes he said needs a new motor as he was walking out the door. Friday morning I called maintenance again to find out when they were going to fix this d/w. Woman stated that the D/W was to be replaced earlier but factory was on backorder. We should have been told when we checked in that there was a broken appliance and not at the end of the week. Ants were also in the eating area Saturday nite and exterminator came Monday afternoon to spray. Crummy way to run a rental co.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great proximity to beach, pier and hwy 17. The four bedroom, 4 bath was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Having the pool and deck is a nice option. Glad to see those steps got painted light gray, making it not near as hot. The kitchen was well stocked. We don't want to stay anywhere else when we go to the beach.

Great Location

However, we were disapponted that the washer and dryer werent working. We ended up having to go to a laundry mat. Also, the plastic chairs around the pool were in bad shape and 2 broke while we were there. Also, they could definitely update the pillows to better ones and give at least 2 pillows person. The house is beautiful and our family had a great week! We made great memories at the VIP house. Thanks

Beautiful Home Close to the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You could not ask for a better location. This house is literally a block from the beach access area, and in my opinion, the most beautiful house on the block. The rooms are spacious. The showers were a little difficult for us given that my family height ranges from 5'8" to 6'2" for the adults, but we managed. If your family is shorter, you will be fine. The shower outside is amazing though. The pool is well kept, and we actually had a visitor in there one morning... a crab! Don't worry, we returned it to its home. The area is like its own little town. You have to try the italian ice on the pier! I will warn you that because the beach is near the pier, you will probably have several shark sightings. There was also someone setting off fireworks every night, but we were there during senior week. When we went to check in, we had to wait like an hour to get our key. This might have been because of COVID though. Overall, we had a great time!

Nice house, busy location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at VIP House was during the week of the 4th. It was very busy but even after the 4th we had trouble beginning at 4pm getting in and out of our driveway. The house location is very near the main intersection at the stop light, so you had to contend with constant traffic. The noise from the street until after midnight was something we were not fully prepared for. If the house was in a different location I would consider staying there again. The pool was nice, but the pool side furniture needs updating. The house and pool area could have been cleaner but wasn't terrible. The dryer takes a very long time to dry, it needs updated. Also the front of the house, which includes the king bedrooms, is very warm and stuffy. The vents need a good cleaning and the furnace filter was completely clogged. Cleaning those would help. It was so stuffy, after the first night, we went to purchase fans. Also, the fridge is a little small for the number of people the house accomodates. Overall, VIP house is nice and conveniently located to the beach and pier but that is both a pro and a con when you consider the noise and traffic.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation was wonderful. The VIP House has the perfect location! We could walk to the pier, get ice cream, ride the golf cart to the Kroger and beach access was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The baby pool was a life saver with toddlers! Parking was perfect for 7 cars and a trailer. Even though the house was not ready until 5 pm, it was clean and well maintained. Garden Realty took care of any need we had promptly and made our vacation seamless. I absolutely would recommend this property and plan on staying there again.
