”I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”

”The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

”The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden.”

”We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!”

”We called earlier in the day to say we'd be a late arrival. Arrived, and lobby was dark and no one there. Called phone 500 many times for assistance. rang several times with no answer. Called in am. Spoke with gentleman, same as the day before. He apologized and accepted canceling reservation with refund. It's been 4 days since contact. Have not seen pending credit on card yet. Will keep following up on it.”
