”Be warned, the booking agencies pictures are really out dated. The previous nice staff has vanished. On our check-in (December, 2019) we got to know that our prepaid booking didn't even exist and they didn't have any free family rooms (2 rooms with connecting door) left. No refund was made even when we insisted (we would have moved to another hotel). They only offered a complimentary lunch after the big battle that took hours. Rooms were in quite good condition to their age but the cleanliness...

”This is a really nice hotel. Staff was very great and helpful. The restaurant was very good as well. We ate there twice. My colleague had the breakfast as well. The concierge was willing to give us a tour of the city for a fantastic price. It’s really worth it to have someone drive you around.”

”We had problems when checking in because the payments from the Hotels.Com had not gone through to hotel. Luckily we were accepted in (after giving the number to my other card.) The apartment was good and comfortable. The staff cleaning the room was excellent; sometimes minor things were forgotten to do. Food in the restaurant was very good but the service was occasionally much slower than expected. The restaurant is very comfortable to spend time. The bar is good; our special thanks go to Yusuph...
