Stayed at Brighton which are individually owned Condo's. Our's was in poor condition. There were no plates, cups, utensils. We had to request more Keurig pods and soap. The pods never came. The bed was quite old, soft, and the sheets and pillows not nice or comfortable. Water pressure very poor, considering we were on the 5th floor out of 21. The balcony chairs were old and had no cushions. Had to walk to the Embassy to get ice. Should have one ice machine on property! No ability to do breakfast in the room and breakfast at Embassy was not included. Multiple loud residents on their balconies obviously drunk and didn't care it was 2 or 3 am. Property could use some amenities like corn hole, ping pong. On the plus side the view was excellent and unobstructed, but did overlook a large parking deck.I would recommend the owner put some money into updating, refreshing, and have a few basic items in order for guests to be able to eat in the room if desired, as most condo's do.

Our condo was FILTHY. Moldings were caked with dirt. The rug was stained. No doors on the bedroom closet. The unit was probably 35-40 years old and had NEVER been updated. The upholstered furniture was so bad we couldn’t sit on it. In 60 years of vacations this was the absolute worst. The photos shown on the website were totally deceiving.

The grounds for the Kingston Plantation are really nice, lots of activities for the kids and family. The propert(ies) I had booked for this week were in less than ideal shape. The first condo was dirty, outdated beyond explanation for the resort and I was offered another property by the hotel/resort staff's help. While the new property was more renovated, the bathroom door in the master was jammed so no privacy all week, the floors were filthy and we mopped them ourselves, there were 2 pan for cooking in a condo that holds 6 people normally, not 1 mixing bowl and minimal cooking utencils, cracked blender. Most outlets did not work or needed to be coordinated with one light switch being off in order for the other to work. Neither the first condo nor the replacement place was not up to par for the resort. I would never stay in either of these properties again and it is surprising to me that Hilton associates it name with a property that has no guidance on how to upkeep the condos.

We was charged twice for the room.. when we got in the room shower curtains where really dirty toilet had hair on it and it would not flush call for help up front nobody came .. I honest feel like it could have been a lot better we found a dead roach in the room and the balcony slide door wouldn’t open and close easily it’s smoothing wrong with that.. and then charged us twice for the room we paid for 3 nights and the day the checked out to go home they took another almost 900 out for nights we didn’t book or was staying out for we still waiting on our money to come back to our card

Location is great, lower level floor was not granted as requested, was actually given the 21st floor. Not to mention I'm and honors member disappointed. Also the condo was not throughly clean trash under the beds, bathrooms floors were dirty and hair in different places, several minor issues need to be addressed

We check in and went to our condo were there was no towels in the unit. we call text and called again to try and get towels. I went back to the front desk and the lady gave me some towels. But we were there for three nights and they never showed up with towels. Also the internet service was no good and there is no cell phone service on the property. This propery is own and controlled by Hilton. You would think there would be a better level of service. Especially since we are paying some money to say at this property.

We have stayed on this property many times in the past with good service and welcoming people. All was good this time except the room was rather disappointing. There was a lack of space to sit comfortably and needed more pillows.
