”Hotelli ja sen palvelut ovat loistavia. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä joilla on aina aikaa. Valet parkin on hieman kallis ja hankala koska siitä veloitetaan jokaisella kerralla kun pyydät autoa samankin päivän aikana. Lisäksi auton saamiseen pitää varata 45 min.”

”Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Bed was comfy, shower was great. Staff were all pleasant—ready with recantations in the neighborhood. Don’t know why people complained about breakfast….fresh eggs, sausage and potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt and cold cereal and bagels, croissants and bread for toast. Even a couple of changes ea h day. Hotel is also very convenient to the R train (5 min walk) which quickly gets you to major hubs for transfers. ”

”Great 4-star hotel, good value for money. The staff is very friendly. Small gym. The breakfast is served in Felice restaurant downstairs. Not luxuryous, but good hotel in this price range. ”

”Great hotel! Rooms were clean, bed and pillows comfortable, lots of light and power outlets. Air con worked ok and shower was super clean with good products. Breakfast was a bit weak and a lot of things were out before the breakfast hours were up, but that’s the same thing in all US hotels I guess.”

”Staff was extremely personable and helpful. They held our bags for us so that we could explore before our room was ready. Rooms were chic and modern and clean. Location was amazing with 3 different subway stops within walking distance. Close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Absolutely would stay here again!!”

The Hotel was in a great location with a short 5 minute walk to subway right into NYC. The rooms are small but super clean. Will definitely be staying here again. ”
