We loved it! Fished all day and into the night! We will definitely be returning! Place was very cozy and clean and you could fish right out the back door

I read the reviews after I booked the room. I was scared. I thought Oh No what have I done. I was so relieved when we got in the room. It was clean comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The shower was awesome. The host answered my questions in a timely manner. The view in the back was super. it even had a little back porch. No problems for us.

We came after dark in a tropical storm. On entering room 12, there was an inch of water in living room and 1 bedroom from leaking window. It was not a pleasant stay for us.

Nice, Quaint Waterfront Stay
The location is beautiful. Check-in is effortless and it's a quiet place. The room was clean with everything you need or want. It could use updating for sure, but is certainly good for the price. Would stay again for business.

Room was not clean, mold in the air conditioner vents, very dirty shower walls. The site/sound was nice out of the window.

I will definitely book here again! The Inn was very affordable. Everything is easy to get to — I’m just personally not a fan of being next to a busy road. That is solely a “me” thing though. My stay was awesome!

Cute place but…room #10. Had to buy soap as soap dispenser was empty. Fan vent in bathroom disgusting. Fan ran but no air was getting through. Water buildup in shower (orange slime)comes off VERY easily and odvious never cleaned. No ice trays. This is the BEACH…one towel for each of us for 2 days… no way!! Only cream and sugar packet for 1 day…..come on Kees Vacations….if I see you again running any hotel, I won’t rent the room. Too bad too….cute hotel but managed poorly

Facility looks much nicer in picture. A bit run down looking. Needs some paint and shades on the first floor. There were cigarette butts all around the ground. As far as the room, we lucked out on the top floor facing the water in the back. There is noone on site so you have to call a phone number to get someone with the code to your door. I used my hotel points so I didn't spend too much. To its pluses it does have a microwave, and Keurig, there is a sink and fridge and some utensils. Overall room was good. Needs a little paint and cleaning

Poor conditions, internet was week so tv kept freezing even in clear weather. Water in floor repairman came and checked it came from the refrigerator but he didn’t clean up water. Dresser on wall without electrical outlet. Toilet seat was broken. I don’t think I need to go on.

Minimal experience
My first surprise was when I arrived and there was no office. i had to call a phone number and be given a code which would open our room -- in four hours. Not the sort of thing I like to hear when I have insulin in the car which needs to be put in a refrigerator. There was no cleaning. There were no literature on attractions. The soap dispenser in the room was empty. Nor were hotel staff available to enforce noise issues when the college students next door decided to have party at 2 AM. There was, in fact, no service of any kind. The best that can be said for it is that it was cheap for a summer stay, and it was a clean room. If that's all you want, this will work fine. If you want anything more from a hotel stay, however, this is not for you.

The property was dirty, there was no on site help available. Only contact was via text. It obviously was not checked as there was bait squid in the mini fridge that stunk up the place because the door did not close

Nasty, gross, smelly. A waste of money. Owner must be a slum lord, only after money and doesn’t care about the property or guests. Bet they never get repeat visitors. My wife and I didn’t even stay, we just left. Place is vile!!!

The room was fresh and the beds were comfortable white down comforters . Coffee bar, large bathroom. Views from both sides of the sound, fishing off the dock and pier out back. Excellent service. I highly recommend
