”My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is absolutely beautiful and our room and views were stunning! We saw so many animals just sitting on our balcony. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was great at both of their restaurants. It’s a very short driving distance from Manuel Antonio National Park and they offer shuttle service to and from the park and the beach. We will definitely be back!”

”The resort was beautiful, quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will see monkeys and sloths. The staff will point them out to you as well. Most of the community does speak English and do take dollars without difficulty. The restaurants on the resort are pricey, we tried Agua Azul close by and it was delicious and reasonable, Emil’s Cafe was also great but also a little more pricey. Taking a taxi to the local restaurants in Manuel Antonio is about $10 each...

”Wonderful family operation, friendly, helpful staff, amazing view with lots of wildlife surrounding the hotel. From our door we spotted toucans, macaws, agouti, three types of monkeys, to mention a few. The owner is warm and welcoming. There is a delightful pool overlooking the jungle and ocean. We can’t imagine a lovelier place to stay. It is also very convenient to stores, a very natural beach, and restaurants. There is also a great highly rated Korean style restaurant on premises.”

”Positives: It was very cute. Beautiful beach and delicious food locally. The staff was nice. We appreciated having dishes and cutlery! We loved the Baguette. Great wait staff and view. Negatives: Parking was rough. Not many spaces and backing in/out was borderline dangerous. Day two we had some little spider ant looking things. Not sure if that is common or not?”

”Las Cascadas has amazing virws of the mountains behind it. We saw birds and monkeys and even deer during our stay. The marina is very conveniently located just down the hill. This hotel is on a mountain, so there are a lot of hills and stairs. If you don't mind a hike, this hotel is definitely for you. All the staff were friendly and willing to help however they could. If you have not rented a vehicle, i suggest contacting them to arrange transportation from the airport in Quepos ”

”We went here with another couple and enjoyed 2 junior suites next to one another without other rooms nearby. Everything was great: room, staff, food. We especially loved the birding tour with Julian Fernandez which started at 5:15 AM to look for quetzals (which we saw) and after breakfast we continued with the tour until 11.
