”If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. ”The room was really cool and set up uniquely but not super private. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was so incredibly hard and that’s coming from someone who loves a firm mattress. ”The wild beach is interesting but not very swimmable (extremely rocky), sometimes rough surf. Accessibility is golf cart dependent. Difficult property to move around without the golf cart. And they didn't have crocs my size. (only up to M10 and I'm a 13) Otherwise, property is beautiful and service is top notch. Love the ocean club pool and bar. (Thanks Elias!)”
