”If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. ”I like the check in process on this property. The staff was very helpful too. There are a few restaurants nearby but going to the towns of Quepos or Manuel Antonio requires an uber but is very cheap. You can order food too via fiesta express.”

”Hôtel neuf. Grands lits. Restaurant donc possibilité de manger sur place. Situé en bord de route. Petit déjeuner à la carte ( peu copieux). Parking de 3 places devant l’hôtel . Nous y sommes allés hors saison donc pas de difficultés pour se garer. À 30 min environ de Manue Antonio.”

”Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning ”

”What an amazing hotel. Too many awesome things to name them all. I never write reviews. Their staff, the pools, the personal concierge, seeing monies, macaws, lizards was all just a a first class experience. You are not close to walk anywhere as it’s up the mountain a bit- but they shuttle to the hot spots and Uber is crazy cheap and fast to get there.”

”Family with 3 kids aged 11-13 stayed in Tule Casa. I feel the need to write this review because of the endless searching I did before coming (specifically for Tule Casa). Was it loud because of its proximity to the street? Yes. Am I a very light sleeper? Yes. Did I buy sound machines to help with street noise while we slept? Yes. Was I warned in advance? Yes. Was I prepared for how loud it actually was. Nope. Did I wear ear plugs? Yes. Was I bothered by the noise? Absolutely not. I would stay in...

”Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with the most beautiful view. The only downside was the rocky, steep drive up to the property, which was kind of hard to find. Definitely rent a 4x4 if you plan on staying here.”

”Great views. Monkeys, toucans, and macaws seen right from our balcony! Steep road to the entrance with literally 4-5 parking spots at the top. You can park at the bottom and ride the golf cart up. Buffet breakfast was good. Activities and grounds (fountains, ect)were, Im assuming, shut down for maintenance.”
