”This is a typical guesthouse. It has a warm and friendly staff and a nice property. They will go out of their way for you! But typical for a guesthouse, you must leave your key when you go out. Bring your own shampoo, etc, and hair dryer.”

”I was disappointed in this hotel, the service was very bad and there were too many problems in my room. I had booked and paid for a studio room, but the hotel provided me a standard room. I tried to ask for a refund since a standard room is much cheaper than a studio room, but the Manager of the hotel was very unkind and did not want to solve this issue. In addition, the wifi did not work for the first two days and after that the wifi was working every now and then. The shower was not working...

”Nice quiet accommodation. Friendly staff, decent breakfast simple but nice. Location is biggest perk right next to village market and UNON and embassies in Gigiri. Laundry on site which is not too pricy. Room is good size with fridge, kettle, microwave and kitchenette which is great. Room has old furniture. Bathroom not that clean and don’t like the shower it has bad pressure and hot water is tricky one. ”

”Peter was an excellent host! He took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. There was an unexpected change to an alternate location instead of the guest house location that I booked which was a little confusing on arrival. Luckily I did not miss the pool. Meals served were very good and much appreciated. Food prices were not disclosed in advance but were reasonable. Peter made my stay enjoyable!”

”It is a fraud. It doesn’t exist. We arrived to the place, we walked all the street along and we didn’t see any signs of the hotel. We called them and when they answered they said us that they would call back. Because they didn’t we called them once again after 30 minutes waiting at the street, they didn’t answer just sent us the sms that the reservation was cancelled at 18. in the day of the reservation. They are deceivers. ”

”My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. ”
