”Very happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal...

”I was disappointed in this hotel, the service was very bad and there were too many problems in my room. I had booked and paid for a studio room, but the hotel provided me a standard room. I tried to ask for a refund since a standard room is much cheaper than a studio room, but the Manager of the hotel was very unkind and did not want to solve this issue. In addition, the wifi did not work for the first two days and after that the wifi was working every now and then. The shower was not working...

”It is a fraud. It doesn’t exist. We arrived to the place, we walked all the street along and we didn’t see any signs of the hotel. We called them and when they answered they said us that they would call back. Because they didn’t we called them once again after 30 minutes waiting at the street, they didn’t answer just sent us the sms that the reservation was cancelled at 18. in the day of the reservation. They are deceivers. ”
