”I was disappointed in this hotel, the service was very bad and there were too many problems in my room. I had booked and paid for a studio room, but the hotel provided me a standard room. I tried to ask for a refund since a standard room is much cheaper than a studio room, but the Manager of the hotel was very unkind and did not want to solve this issue. In addition, the wifi did not work for the first two days and after that the wifi was working every now and then. The shower was not working...

”In positives, they let us check in very early which was much appreciated after an overnight flight. Also the breakfast was great - bacon eggs toast and fruit. We had a standard double room which was very small, both the room and the bed. The shower wasn’t great, it pointed into the middle of the bathroom and onto the door. And the biggest problem was that they couldn’t ‘find’ our booking after I had already booked and paid on Expedia. We were there 3 days and I was asked each day how much I...

”As expected given the price this is far from an upmarket area. The rooms were small but clean. Initially I was given a not very nice room with an ensuite that was more like an alcove with no shower but was fortunately moved to a better one. We had to navigate building works to get into the property and then walk on a raised wooden walkway. The place was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful”
