”Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.”

”Our room was nice, clean and bright with a large window facing the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However check in was late at 5pm with an early checkout at 10am. No breakfast or lunch option due to being out of season and no fridge to store any food over night. Great for walks but anything else you need to travel out by car.”

The staff are so helpful and friendly, plus it's a huge bonus being able to get a delicious breakfast (I have a lot of food intolerances so it can be hard to find food). The beds are super comfy and the area is lovely. I look forward to my next stay.”

”A comfortable Inn to stay the night, but as in all old houses, you can hear everything trough the walls. Like the busy pub downstairs or the other guest walking around upstairs. Convieniently close to the castle, but loads of narrow stairs, to get to the rooms.”

”I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, as I know it can be bad for business. Instead I raised a complaint through my travel provider, they contacted adventure parc to investigate. Unfortunately I didn’t get as much as an apology from adventure parc, so have decided to review. Our pod was full of mould, during the wet weather, rainwater seeped through the wood. I noticed mould high up on arrival but didn’t notice the mould at low level where I slept until the morning, by then we were checking out,...
