Grand Hotel Europa - Pleasant City Hotel
The Location is very Central by the Main Railway Station.(with luggages is Only about 250 metres) Europcar has Car Rental Office almost Opposite the Hotel. On the Hotel Road there are Restaurants and local Cafes and Bakery Stores. (Prices were very attractive compared to other italian cities - Coffee 1 euro!) If you walk about 300 metrs to the left from Hotel there is also Pizzeria Hostaria Mediterraneo which has delicious pizzas and beside it a large Super Market.Hotel Staff was very Nice and polite.Hotel had in Sep19 Breakfast Offer for adults at 7 euros per person and for kids Breakfast was Only 4 euros.Buiding was Grand&Historical.We had Room with High Floor.

Ok stay for one night
The hotel is conveniently located next to the central train station and was otherwise just fine, BUT we found some bugs in our bed (there was also a lot of ”crumbs” under the sheets, do they even clean the beds or only change the sheets?!) and weren’t sure if they were bed bugs and we didn’t want to risk it so we asked to get another room. We got another room, a bigger room (probably an upgrade), but the personnel was quite nonchalant about it and never appologized. The new room was clean and no bugs were found there. Otherwise the stay was ok. Although we arrived at 10 pm on a saturday night we found the area quite safe. We stayed for one night.

A tourist hotel next to the central station. A bit outdated, but for a working trip there was everything which is needed - a clean room with all necessary basic amenities (though some items which were mentioned in the room description were not there). The area is a bit rough, but the proximity to the station is a big plus.

Close to central station, good for short stay
An ok hotel for a short stay. We liked the location very close to the train station and the breakfast which was ok. Coffee and bread could have been better, though. Hotel surroundings are not the prettiest we have seen but we had no safety issues at all.

Hotelli oli tähtiensä (kolme) arvoinen lähellä rautatieasemaa. Palvelu oli perustasoa, ei kovin innokasta. Hotellilta oli helppo suunnistaa ympäri kaupunkia. Ympäristössä muutama hyvä ravintola. Aamiainen pysyi samana koko viikon.

Hotel near good connections of transportation
The Hotel was pleasing to look at, lots of the old architecture has remain and the furnishing and decorating suits the feel of the old times. Reception was very welcoming and spoke good english (with a slight accent of course) and they would very gladly show us around the map to all the tourist atractions. Our room was sizable enough for me and my brother. Lots of closet space for stuff to put in and a small fridge. AC worked nicely but was a little noisy at times (not as noisy as the traffic outside though). Bathroom was huge and had all the neccessities, plus a little washplace for your feet! The shower wall though, looked like it had lots of mold all over so it felt a little uneasy to shower. Breakfast was mainly paistries and fruit and drinks, and the same every day. Good though.

The room was like a cupboard, very small. The was no bottled water or tea making facilities. The bed was awful and sleeping on the floor was more comfortable. Terrible breakfast and not great service. We left early as it was so bad. It felt like we were given the worse room possible.

Dintorni un po' da stazione come in tutte le grandi città. Usate il passaggio pedonale per la stazione del fronte all'albergo sulla desta per accedere alla stazione e alle metropolitane.

Quick getaway
Lovely older hotel with lots of charm, close to the railway station. On a quiet side street with lots of cafes. Room was comfortable. Sounds from the hallways echoed into the room. There was a school group but overall they tried to keep the noise down. Maybe rooms should be booked away from where groups are staying.

The water pressure was amazing. The fear of being shanked not so much. The area around this hotel is really sketchy and not a lot of places to eat. Only place is in Train station.

The hotel was basic but the room was a good size for the rating. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with a good range. The staff were great, gave us an early check in and were very helpful. Hotel is in a great location for the main train station and all transport to the airport and attractions around Naples.

We have no complaints about anything, everyone was so good and helpful especially one receptionist and unfortunately I don't know her name. She was so helpful we gave her a red rose.
