Our stay here was not good, they never had breakfast provided, and they tried to charge us 12€ for a “Tourist Tax”!!! They didn’t except card, only cash. This was a scam at us to get some extra cash. That’s distasteful.

Chambre et salle de bains propres et spacieuses. Petits déjeuners de qualité très moyenne mais pour le prix c'est correct. Attention !Renseignez- vous avant d'arriver pour vous assurer qu'il y aura quelqu'un à l'accueil (les horaires semblent fluctuants , irréguliers.)Perso , je suis arrivée un peu après 18 h et ai trouvé porte close. Ayant réussi à force d'insistance à ce qu'un des locataires vienne ouvrir la porte j'ai pu trouver au comptoir d'accueil les coordonnées téléphoniques. Au téléphone mon interlocutrice:une sorcière vindicative agressive et menaçante sans aucune empathie qui avait très envie de ma faire coucher dehors , elle me réclamai la photo de mon passeport:le mms a été refusé par le serveur .J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises une adresse mail qui m'a été refusé aussi à plusieurs reprises.Après d'interminables tractations ,j'ai eu l'adresse mail , ai pu envoyer la photo et obtenu les codes d'accès après plus de problème.Il vaut mieux parler italien , l'anglais de mon interlocutrice était difficilement compréhensible.

This B&B hotel is among the highlights I have experienced in traveling Napoli. I would use these words: spacious, clean, convenient, value, and last but not least, the breakfast. Two nights in a single room with a king-sized bed, it makes me feel like in North America, and plenty of unit space. The ladies maintaining these units are super nice. It’s 3-min walk from Napoli Centrale Statione. The neighborhood outside, just like Roma Termini, is full of strange, or interesting people, but inside the building, at the 4th floor, the room is very quiet and the bed is extremely comfortable, feeling like a 4-star chain hotel stay. The in-room breakfast delivery service is extraordinary, and I really had good colazione. The hotel manager, Susy, tries to contact you with the heads-up on WhatsApp for checking in. I have plans to return to Napoli and go Puglia, so if I can book, I will try to stay here again. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough, and in my case, I had to get closer to the entrance to establish Wi-Fi connection. If I lie in bed, away from the room entrance, I tried with two phones and my iPad, and very difficult to catch the Wi-Fi signals.

Beautifully clean, great location for moving around the city being close to the station, metro and tram lines. Great choice for breakfast.

Tutto buono, purtroppo c'era un fastidiosissimo e sgradevole odore dal bagno che non è stato neanche affrontato dal personale, nonostante immediatamente segnalato. I dintorni di piazza Garibaldi risentono inevitabilmente della vicinanza con la stazione ferroviaria.

We stayed at Re Diego for one night before departing to Positano. With its convenient location near by the rental car offices and train station was good enough for us 😀

Great place
At first thought it was a bit of a trek as I walked up the stairs but what a fantastic place the lady at reception was very nice and I was surprised that breakfast was served in the room it is centrally located.I would definitely recommend the place to anyone

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of an oldbuilding. but the hotel rooms have been renovated and they look very modern. Complimentary breakfast is served in the room which was a perk. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The stay at Re Diego was great the property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was very convenient for boarding trains since it's located across from the central train station. The streets outside of the hotel are dirty, but this not the hotel this is the city.

Convência logística comprometeu segurança
- Pontos positivos: quarto e banheiro amplos, pessoal do hotel muito prestativo e educado, boa logística pela proximidade à estação Garibaldi, boa cama, boa limpeza. - Pontos negativos: edifício muito velho com elevador totalmente sem condições (deveria ser proibido de operar), o ralo do chuveiro não dava vazão transbordando para fora do box alagando o banheiro (mesmo depois de informado à gerência continuou praticamente igual), a região (praça Garibaldi) é terrível, cheia de gente desocupada circulando de forma suspeita, (e como Nápoles em geral) muito suja e desorganizada, com lixo por todos os lados e gente dormindo na rua. Apesar do bom atendimento do pessoal do hotel, não retornarei pelas condições gerais do edifício e da região.

La posizione davanti alla stazione è ideale. Purtroppo la zona non è ben frequentata ed arrivare a tarda sera con il buio mette un pò d'ansia per il rischio di potere fare brutti incontri. Questo però è un problema delle aree circostanti le stazioni di tutte le grandi città italiane. Roma e Milano non sono migliori...... A parte quanto sopra l'albergo ci è piaciuto ed il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile. Permettetemi un appunto riguardo alla colazione. Il caffè non era buono e non faceva onore a Napoli dove è un'eccellenza. Per il resto la scelta della colazione è buona. Saluti Emilio Maio

Càmera spaziosa pulita nel complesso ma abbiamo dormito con un bambino con la muffa in camera mi sono svegliata la mattina con mal di ossa e i capelli crespi come un leone, problemi con la doccia che non tirava acqua quindi ci si è allagato tutto, e nessuno a risolvere il problema, aprire il balcone impossibile perché dal cortile ti sale la.puzza di cibo misto africano italiano e non lo so quindi pur volendo arieggiare impossible, la zona intorno è sporca dovuto alle persone che la vivono che non hanno senso di pulizia, per fortuna abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte altrimenti di sicuro me ne sarei scappata...mi dispiace per la recensione perché alla fine la cortesia della proprietaria serve a poco insomma...

Très bonne adresse
L'hôtel est situé au 4eme étage avec ascenseur, à coté de la gare train, métro et de l'arrêt du bus desservant l'aéroport. Arrivé à midi nous avons eu la chambre mis à disposition de suite, accueil très sympathique, la dame nous donné les curiosités à visiter sur la ville et les environs avec le moyen d'y aller. La chambre était spacieuse, clair et très propre. nous recommandons cette adresse

Key problems with this property: 1. They only gave us one tiny bowl of fruit for three people. And charged 2 euros per new towel (Probably could've bought towels for that price) 2. There was mold around the bathroom. 3. There were many people sleeping on the street by the hotel. We were also harrased by someone who appeared intoxicated near the hotel. 4. They only gave us one water bottle per day for three people and charged us 1 euro per water bottle and there was no where to fill up the water bottle. 5. The property itself was in disrepair. The elevator (and there was only one elevator) was incredibly small and the doors sometimes didn't open. 6. No rack to store soap or shampoo in the shower. 7. At night when we needed a towel but because they keep the big towels under lock because they want to make their 2 euros, the only towels we could access were two small towels. 8. You could text staff over night but there was no one on staff at night. And the staff due to language barriers can't assist you with questions related to transportation, tickets etc. Positives- 1. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but there was mold in the bathroom. 2. They gave us a nice new years package with wine.

Surroundings very dirty a lot of homeless around. Garbage all over the streets. Did not stay at this hotel, booked another one.

Critica assurda visto che la signora Alicia non ha soggiornato da noi perchè è arrìvata in piena notte il giorno prima della sua prenotazione e non c'era una camera disponibile

I thought it was a great place, very well managed. Staff were super friendly (like everyone in Naples). I would prefer to stay here than one of the big chain hotels.
