”The heating in the room was turned way too high as we arrived, it was like a sauna, apparently to compensate for the cold weather outside :) Everything else went great; friendly staff, clean hotel, delicious breakfast.”
”Staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean ad it has a cozy atmosphere. Our room was silent even if were on the same floor with the second bar and the terrace. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for six days an we got the change to go through the whole breakfast menu.The selection of beers from the tap was also excellent.”
”The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!”

”Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh.”

”Great apartment with an awesome view of the castle. It was beneficial being able to catch up on some washing. The apartment was spacious and easy to find. Note there isn’t parking nearby so allow for this. It was an easy walk to the recommended car park. ”
”Run like a hotel but with the feel of an apartment rental. This was the perfect stay. There was a ton of space, a laundry machine inside the apartment and the location was perfect! ”
