”Very bad experience. Not going back there”

”Clean corporate hotel in the center of Silver Spring. Walking distance to the metro and across the street from Whole Foods, and near lots of restaurants.”

”Check in was easy. Parking easy. Room had a sink thar wouldnt drain, door had a gap between it and the frame and the beds the floor may have been more comfortable they where as hard as a rock. Plus is it had a fridge and microwave.”

”Worst stay of our lives, felt extremely unsafe, lots of suspicious goings on all night. Very run down. All in all quite traumatic. Checked out early and as soon as possible. Pictures on expedia/hotel site bear no resemblance to the actual rooms, look at independent reviews. To be fair Expedia have followed up on our complaints. Do not book here is our advice.”

”This a lovely hotel with a sky high atrium. The beds are very comfortable. The room was quite small and the bathroom small with a weak shower head but it’s all newly renovated. It’s quiet and right in downtown Bethesda next to the metro with theater and restaurants in walking distance”

”It’s a good enough Marriott close to plenty of places we’re visiting in Bethesda and surrounding areas. We took advantage of the pool which was great on a hot day. The room was tidy and pleasant, but the overall vibe is a bit dated. Could use a mild renewal, but clean and quiet is always good in my book. I’d return.”

”Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it.”

”This property should not be advertised on Expedia. The room we were in had roaches. The air conditioner was not on upon arriving therefore the room was incredibly stuffy and too dinghy. The neighborhood was very shady and did not feel safe. Not a very nice place.”

”AC was inadequate, limited control, wasn’t comfortable for sleeping, didn’t cool room well enough. Bed too soft, had a topper. A fan in the bedroom might have helped.”

”I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service.”

”Great location. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery store. We’re in town to visit Washington DC and it was very convenient to take the metro right from the hotel.”
