Pienen kävelymatkan päässä Naxoksen kaupungista, tosin yöllä pimeää ja vähän vaarallista ilman taskulamppua kun jyrkänteen reuna mereen vieressä. Kaikki toimi hyvin ja paikan emäntä oli ystävällinen sekä avulias. Yöpyisin uudestaan täällä.”

The apartment was well furnished and very convenient. The water pressure was excellent and as someone with long hair I can tell you that was amazing after the beach. ”Fantastiskt fint ställe med super trevlig personal. Vi gjorde en tidig incheckning, då fick vi info om ön och hotellet samt var vi bjudna på frukosten som var jätte god. Vår lägenhet var ren och fin inred och hade fantastiskt utsikt. Det finns ett fint pool område och olika saker som man kan låna för lekar i poolen. Ca 10 min gångavstånd till närmaste badstranden och ca 20 min bussresa till Chora/porten. Åker ni buss, säg till bussföraren att han stannar vid Naxos Palace (hotell), därifrån är...

”The apartment has been cleaned every day with punctuality. It is little but really well organized and it is in an excellent position!”

”The responsibility for this rating is mostly due to mismanagement by Orbitz. We booked this property months in advance. Upon our arrival the hotel did not know of our booking. I had to call Orbitz, international call charges, to resolve the matter. Since the hotel did not know of our booking they had to scramble to find rooms. We were put in the basement were there was a faint smell of sewage in the halls. This was a Greek vacation, booked months in advance and we were put in the basement!”

”Great place in small town of Glinado. Central and easy to get to all parts of the island by car. The apartment itself is good. Spectacular views and several lounge areas to choose from. Some upgrades to the bathroom and kitchen are definitely necessary and some small groceries would be beneficial eg check-in complementary water (since tap water is not potable). Getting to the villa was a bit complicated and the directions were unclear because of the many routes into the area. But overall, great...

”The apartment was just what we needed – close to everything and only steps away from the port. It wasn’t clear when booking, that the second bed in the room was a mezzanine, but we managed to get used to the staircase. The bars nearby start making a lot of noise at around 11pm until about 2:30am, but we generally slept well. The apartment had a nice big windows so there was a lot of natural light. We booked a room with a balcony but when we arrived we were put in a basement room that was very dark like a dungeon with no balcony only a chair and a tall wall that you can’t look over. We also had to walk through another rooms private seating area which felt uncomfortable - there was no privacy. The room had no phone signal and no Wi-Fi. We asked for the room we paid for but were told there were none available for two or three days. The room was nicely decorated...

”Naxos was absolutely amazing and this home made it extra special. The home was well stocked, clean and set up nicely. The location really couldn’t have been more ideal for getting to town and the beach.”

The hot tub was a bonus specially all the walking hiking I’ve done. The location was unbeatable right by the Portara - the main strip and the port. Also soundproof slept like a baby. ”

”We had booked a sister hotel, but the directions provided where incorrect. Locals guided us to the sister hotel, and staff where good enough to make some changes and accomodate us in the sister hotel as it was much closer to where we thought we had booked. It all worked out in the long run and the hotel was great.”
