The hotel is a nice location just few minutes away from the Kapadokya market place. The hotel is built on a cave, where the ground floor is original cave and the rest in stone built for the hotel. We interacted with three different managers at the hotel and Yunus was the best in terms of hospitality. Our room was nice however the AC wasnot working properly. The breakfast was great! Lots of options to choose from. Overall good experience.

The room was very large and just beautiful. The view from the upper level was just amazing. Much better than pics provided by hotel. The breakfast large and delicious. The staff all offered help and did a great jog. We told them we were going to find ATV's, and five minutes later we were scheduled to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel--save me a bunch of time picking a place driving around in the rental car. As for Goreme itself, it is beautiful, but getting super touristy. You can drive around easily in morning through mid day, but evenings are a madhouse of cars. Try to walk for evening fun. So much to see and do. Amazing trip. Would certainly stay again. Thanks so much, Craig

It was a nice place to stay with a friendly staff, 2 mins from the Goreme central area (which has a plethora of restaurants, shops etc..everything a tourist heart desires) The breakfast was really nice as well with made to order eggs and a nice Turkish buffet spread! However, it didn't feel like it was VFM (value for money) !! If you are booking the Cave rooms, be aware that the ceiling falls every night so if you have asthma type issues you might want to think about this! But the rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The rooms have heating as well so we were fine with sudden change of weather. The services are expensive so we booked tours etc with an external agency. Also we asked for packed breakfast on our last day because of early checkout and that was dismal....so we ended up at the airport with dry crusty bread, boiled eggs and no water! Other than that, totally recommend

The hotel terrace has nice views, and our room was cave like with stone walls and carvings. But what took the cake for us was the staff. They went out of the way to start the breakfast an hour earlier and pack us some food as our flight was early in the morning. They even let us join for breakfast the morning we arrived and made our room available hours before the official check in. All this may be difficult to do during peak seasons but the point is that the staff will do what they can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Wonderful property, right near the town centre. The staff are lovely and always ready to help! The breakfast was great, with lots to choose from and a few different options changing each morning. There was dust/rocks falling from the roof in the bathroom but I would assume that’s common, considering it is a cave. The bed was a bit hard but we still slept well. The bathroom was insanely amazing, including a spa and double shower! Would stay here again if we ever came back!

Customer service in this hotel is 5 stars! Since I made the reservation they got in contact with me via email and shared their WhatsApp number for support which was perfect to communicate pre-trip (arranged our transfer, asked for tours prices, etc). The room was really nice and spacious with 2 big & comfy double beds which were perfect for a great night of sleep, and the bathroom looked like a mini-spa itself - so spacious and Turkish style. Breakfast was nice with good quality food and plenty of options. The view from the rooftop is nice too, the only thing that was missing was the traditional style sofas sitting area that you can see from the photos advertised on the hotel description, which was covered as there were no balloon rides whilst we were there due to the wind (it would have been nice to still have that sitting area available even without the balloon rides happening). The location of the hotel is perfect, walkable everywhere in town. I would definitely come back!

Great property and staff. Front desk was very kind and helpful and got us scheduled for one of the best tours we’ve had anywhere. It was small, private, and the tour guide was well versed in history and took us to all the best stops in the area. Easy transportation to and from Kayseri airport. Very walkable area and close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The terrace is lovely and decorated for private photo shoots. Wish we had time to use that space but we did do a quick watch of the balloons and some were right next to this hotel! Lovely views! Highly recommend!
