The facility is the cleanest I’ve seen in my life. The staff are incredibly friendly. I will continue to stay here every time. I’m in town. (quite often.) as they have the best facilities and staff!

Front desk was friendly, and quick with my check in. This is an older building, but my room was very clean room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.

Our room was nice it was clean and he had a nice king size bed where we could rest.

Room and property area were very clean. This matters the most to me. Pool was a bit noisy when there some kind of beeping noise the whole time but it was good enough. Quality Inn & Suites New Castle
Welcomed with a smile and great conversation. Breakfast was limited but good. Beds were incredibly comfy. Room was clean.
