”Wonderful place. Great staff. Only problem was the heater was set at 89 degrees when we arrived and it took hours to cool it down ”

”Just terrible. First, my car would barely fit down the alleyway to the parking lot. Then, the room reeked of a strong chemical odor. I had to keep a window open just in order to breathe without feeling dizzy. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, was filled with broken springs and was so loud that I couldn’t sleep over the noise. The only “furniture” in the room was what appeared to be a wobbly lawn chair. BEWARE if booking a room in this establishment. I had to forego the 2nd night I had booked...

”It was safe and clean. Bathroom was excellent, but i thought we were getting two queen beds and they definitely were not queen size beds. The rooms were pretty tight for 3 people. Coffee was not good and poor selection of creamers/sweeteners. Breakfast was satisfactory, aside from the coffee. I can not stress enough that it felt safe. Especially for people from Nebraska who had no idea about the area. ”

”This hotel was a good deal, with great location near the 36 St Subway. New hotel, comfy bed, working wifi, very nice bathroom. Nice surprise that we had breakfast included, although it was very limited. Our only problem during our stay was the towel issue-we were lacking at least one out of two towels every day.”

”Hintaansa nähden ihan kelpo ja siisti perushotelli. Aamiainen oli niukahko mutta yleiseen nyc tasoon nähden kai ihan kelvollinen. Sijainti on tämän hotellin heikkous. Hotelli on hautausmaan ja autokorjaamojen ympäröimä. Matka manhattanille kävelyineen ja metromatkoineen on aika pitkä. Menee helposti 40-60min. Jos tämän asian kanssa tulee toimeen niin sitten tämä on ihan kelpo valinta. Toisaalta taas jos esim coney island kiinnostaa niin tältä hotellilta on sinne suht kivuton matka.”

”Good for the price. Basic, no frills. Good location close to subway. Small rooms, noisy because there is a huge gap around doors letting in both light and noise from the hall. Good staff. ”

”New hotels in a run down neighborhood. No free breakfast although it said so in the hotels own website. Between metro stations 36st and 9 ave. Long ride into Manhattan ”

”I will never stay there again”

”The location was exactly what we wanted for our purpose, but the room smelled like cigarettes, and it was next to the stairs which had a door that closed really loudly. There were hairs left in the bathroom which were small and curly and not what you want to see when you’re staying somewhere. The staff was really nice from behind the bullet proof glass in the lobby. ”

”The WiFi was terrible couldn’t enjoy a movie properly.”

”This was my only option to sleeping at the airport because all the flights were cancelled. The clerk was ok friendly. I was feeling apprehensive about the sheets being clean, so they just gave me new sheets, didn’t say sorry or anything. My experience would have been reasonable considering the circumstances but on top of the flight my phone started acting up. The only one thing I asked from the receptionist (in addition to the sheets) was to wake me up at 4:20 to catch my flight. That was...
