”Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. ”

”Oli todella hirveät yöt ilmastointilaite 12 min välin yöllä piti järkyttävää meteliä. Ääni oli todella kova josta myös valitin lupasit lähettää korjaajan joka ei käynnyt. Tarjosivat viimeiseksi yöksi huoneenvaihtoa, odotin kuitenkin korjaajaa meillä oli niin paljon matkatavaroita siirrettäväksi.”

”The hotel is conveniently located near various subway stations. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for food. Places in the Financial District are within walking distance.
The hotel is nice and comfortable. I sometimes needed to wait for an elevator for a while (there are three), but never for too long. There is construction going on around the hotel, but it did not bother me in terms of noise.
The room and bed were comfortable as well. The room was very quiet. There is no fridge...

”Hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä ja yleisilme on siisti. Huone oli päällisin puolin siisti, mutta yksittäiset likaiset kohdat vaikuttivat yleiskuvaan. Huone on pieni, mutta kooltaan riittävä. Henkilökunta oli pääosin ystävällistä ja sisään- ja uloskirjaus sujuvaa.
Aamupala oli pieni ja villi, istumapaikkaa oli yksinmatkustavankin hankala löytää ja ruokapisteille oli jatkuva jono ja ruoka/mehu loppui nopeasti, vaikka henkilökunta oli kyllä aktiivisesti täyttämässä tyhjentyneitä astioita. Vaikka...

”Nice, even bigger room than expected, on 17th floor with beautiful view both to Empire State Building and Chrystler Building. Room was contemporary and clean. Only the shower handle was a bit broken also sometimes water temperature difficult to stabilize. Room cleaning was on request but fulfilled with no issues. In the morning, you can buy food for breakfast downstairs.”
