Great place to stay in EWR area, nice room, cozy beds, nice bathroom, good security, would return anytime.

Asked them multiple times to fix the coffee machine, and didnt hear back from them. Place is terrible. dont have microwave, fridge. Not worth it. Will not stay back here again.

When i arrived after traveling for over 10 hours they Claim that someone called me. They cancelled my Reservations and said they had no more room although they were checking people in. Iam disabled. I had called the hotel twice that day To remind them that i was coming in later on that evening. This is unacceptable.

Good Morning, Please be advised we authorize all guest credit cards 24hours prior to arrival or on the morning of arrival as all reservations become non refundable 24 hours prior to arrival. When we tried to collect the authorization for your room the credit card declined. We tried to contact you to advise you of this matter however we were unable to reach you which forced us to cancel your reservation. At the time you arrived to the hotel we were completely sold out and we were unable to accommodate you. For further reference if I may suggest, please assure you have placed a valid credit card in the future to hold your reservations at any hotel to avoid this from happening.
