”Really nice hotel with unique features. Definitely check out the Dome Room. Centrally located with a train stop right outside. Our room was pretty small, but we didn't mind. The free breakfast was a nice perk. Room service never came - not sure if we had to request it. But regardless, we had a great stay and would return again!”

”The check in staff was fantastic. The parking felt very safe for our vehicle and we parked over night without and problems. We liked the location and walked to and from a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. And even the overnight guy greeted us with a smile at midnight. The maid went above and beyond by chasing us down to the parking garage with a charging cord we left behind. Breakfast would be our only complaint. ”Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...
