”The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!”
”We had fallen in love with Artist Residence in Brighton so we wanted to stay in this fab hotel in Penzance, too. We stayed in the newest add to the hotel rooms, the cottage. Wow! If you want a unique country style cottage just for you and your family or friends, then this is your choice. ”This property is set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. Would just mention that location of property in at the top of a steep hill.”

Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.

”This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. The house is well equipped with leaving you everything you’d need for a trip away. The kitchen has all the tools you could want and there’s even two sitting rooms with TV’s in them.
