”Staff were really great and welcoming. Water pressure wasn’t great but otherwise it was a lovely stay Thankyou.”

”Off street parking was a god send.Great breakfast and restaurant food.”

”We had fallen in love with Artist Residence in Brighton so we wanted to stay in this fab hotel in Penzance, too. We stayed in the newest add to the hotel rooms, the cottage. Wow! If you want a unique country style cottage just for you and your family or friends, then this is your choice. We were blown away by the great interior of this unique cottage in the backyard of the hotel. Although every little detail was very well thought of (like in every Artist Residence room) and the design was...

”Everything was fine.”

”Excellent stay, felt very welcoming upon arrival. Was even offered a room with a larger bed due to my height, but the bed and the room we booked was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay.”

”Nice yard, nice staff 🇬🇧👍😘!”

”The hotel is very old-fashioned but I later realized it was built in the mid 1800s so perhaps it’s actually in a very good state. The only thing I didn’t like is that my stay was during Storm Austen, so at night the (old fashioned) window and the entire room was shaking and it was very hard to sleep. But that was, of course, more due to how bad the storm was. Other than that, the room was great. The bathroom was huge and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The kettle in the room was perhaps...

”Great accommodation for my Wife and I and our dog. Text from the hosts letting us know when it was ready a bit earlier was a very nice touch. Very clean and tidy with all the equipment needed for our short stay. Lovely views of the area and a great location for exploring. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area rather than the impersonal stay of a hotel.”

”A little B&B run by a nice couple. Super convenient to the Penzance rail station. (Literally 2 minutes on foot) Great value, great breakfast. In my room the ceiling fan was a bit wonky, but otherwise no problems. I would definitely consider staying again.”

”What a wonderful stay we had at Walter. The house is very well maintained with lots of thoughtful little extras and decorations. Communication with the property owners worked like a charm, key was on site with a code sent to us for opening the box directly at the front door. We would love to come back, enjoyed our time at this fantastic little cottage.”

”Amazing three story cottage with excellent views. Just be aware of the requirement to pull bags up a laneway. Best before dark to find it. Very quiet area.”

”Amazing house”

”Great location for what we wanted and the rooms were lovely. Good value and we’d definitely come back. ”

”The property was clean and presented well. It was a nice touch with the welcome basket and milk tea/coffee. There were shops/restaurants close by and about. 10 min walk to take buses/trains to other parts of Cornwall. A couple of negatives but not a big deal is that we had to buy toilet paper as we were only left with one spare roll for our 5 night stay. There were roadworks right outside the house every day for the five days.. work crews would show up with machines and start working at...
