"Not so great. I'm not sure our room was cleaned before we arrived. The bathroom sink and shower were dirty. The shower still had hair in it. I didn't want to touch anything in the bathroom and the air conditioner was very loud. Also, around 9am, the cleaning person came by and asked if we were leaving. ..."

The spiral staircase is very narrow and difficult for older people to haul baggage up and down unless they are in very good shape. The kids loved the upstairs.
