The property is a little older and outdated. Rooms were dark, and could be a little cleaner. They were stains on the curtains and bathroom toilet. Hotel price is suited for the older rooms. We were not there to hang out in the rooms, so it’s good enough place for our family as it’s conveniently connected to the waterpark. Location is great and everything was walking distance. We didn’t need to use our car at all. Staffs were friendly, nice, and accommodating. We would stay there again because my daughter LOVED the waterpark!

I stayed at this property previously and it was quiet and the room was very spacious. This time when I stayed, there were kids running around and back and forth, up and down the hallway, slamming doors. There was also kids along with their parents hanging out in the courtyard making a lot of noise.

The hotel and staff is A Ok. The only thing i don’t like is there is only one microwave on the second floor and we have to wait for our turn 10-20 minutes to get our food ready. They should add more of microwaves (at least 3-5 on each floor) because they don’t provide it to your room if you request it.

carpet smells like pool. i was charge double service for the food. one by the counter hotel, the other the waitress. i purchased 4 breakfast.

i check online that it shows they have a/c condition,but when i check in,they said right now all the rooms don't have a/c condition。When i ask others they said they have a/c condition in their room。it is so terrible。

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, but that was about the only positive. The room looked like it hadn't been updated in decades - a far cry from what the website portrayed. There was visible grime on the window. The box spring for one of the beds was broken. The only real perk to this hotel is the waterpark and that isn't even part of the hotel. It's a whole separate business that three other hotels have access to and I believe is even open to the public. The location also isn't great. Although it's near the river, it's over a 20 minute walk to the Horseshoe Falls. Your other options include paying $20 for a Go Pass to take the bus or paying $35 for parking. It is reasonably close to the Clifton Hill attractions, though. But if you're wanting to see the falls, you're probably better off picking a hotel that's a bit closer to them. Most egregious, however, is the fact that when I tried to change my booking six weeks in advance to leave a day earlier, they wouldn't let me just remove that day from my reservation. They tried to force me to cancel and rebook entirely at their new surge pricing that was nearly double the cost. Obviously, I declined to do that. I was then told that I could just check out early and they'd refund me the cost of the unused day. However, they are now refusing to honour that promise. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Do not stay at this hotel.

The area was vibrant and convenient, with everything close by. The waterpark was enjoyable, and my kids loved it. However, the room in the hotel was disappointingly small, despite booking a studio. It felt old, unclean, and uncomfortably cold.
