”My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back.”

”First and last time. Great disappointment! Would not recommend. Dirty unsanitary washroom. Trash on the floor. Staff not helpful. Paper thin walls, you could hear people talking like they are in your room. zero customer service. It’s hard for me to give this kind of review, but I’m just being honest.”

The rooms are very outdated and do not believe the pictures you see online they are definitely AI as I can tell you first hand they DO NOT look like that ! I booked this place for a stay during my sons basketball tournament I went into the room it had a pretty funky smell to it when we walked in and the walls have torn wallpaper and dirt on the AC I went to open the fridge and had to close it immediately the smell...

”It was cheap and as described. Lots of parking and was walkable to restaurants. A little spot maintenance and a paint job would do so much for the rooms. The lobby looks so nice and then you walk into a room that’s quite dated. But like I said it’s as advertised, breakfast was good.”

”Bring your own wash cloths, towels and toiletries. Battle with ants, keeps counter clear, then no problem. Very clean”

”The property has older rooms that look like they are from the late 80's\early 90's and hasn't been updated. They are a bit dusty as my wife started sneezing as we got in. The room had spots where there were dust stuck to the walls. Besides that the room was ok. For the payments part, I thought everything was done through expedia but they brought up a "Resort fee" and wanted me to pay $5+Tax and I noticed a property fee was charged by expedia! then they told they will take it off and I wanted a...

”A charming Inn to stay and enjoy all that passes by in Lock 7. Hskp staff very attentive and don’t miss a thing. Room 25 on 3rd floor is not perfect for photography as the neighbouring tree blocks a full shot of the ship in the lock. Balconies are a real plus and very clean! The chairs at the table are getting tired and should be replaced. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Make sure you visit the quaint town of Thorold. Lots of cafes and shops to enjoy within walking distance!”

”The rooms were great. They were clean and had everything you needed. The issue we did have was with our key cards. We had to go to the front desk a dozen times over the 4 days we were there to get it redone. Other than that everything was great. A walking distance to all the fun activities and restaurants. The keg was right next to it so that was a plus. I would stay there again for sure.”
