”Not great not, not terrible. Well, the breakfast burrito I bought was terrible, and they charged me somwhow more than it cost. Overall, I did not leave the Palace with good feeling.”
”My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! ”We have stayed here many times over the years, and you can tell that they are updating and improving a bit each year. Great friendly staff near quite a few small restaurants and near enough to various studios too. Our room was very clean but did have a few cosmetic things such as a broken small shelf in shower, some worn thru spots on furniture but again just cosmetic. We liked that there was a small fridge and microwave and a small set of outside tables near breakfast area. parking was right...

”It was so so quiet, bed was very comfortable, owners are so so nice, and very friendly, we asked for something and had it literally in less than a minute. Check in was fast and easy, only problem was the AC is a little loud, but I still slept so good. I DEFINITELY recommend this place, specially if you want peace and quiet. If you get room with kitchenette, just take your cookware and dishes. Next time I go down that way I'll definitely stay there. ”
”It was an exceptional experience! Kiki & the entire staff were super friendly & helpful.
We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key.

”A perfect gem close to the Universal studios. Retro vibe but in a classy way and the hotel is completely remodelled. A great pool area with a bar, a very nice gym and guest laundry. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and dinner was also good. A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence.
