”No microwave, the place was not ready when we got there, bed unmade , dishes in sink, the AC didn’t work the first night, only 2 towels for a 3 nights stay. It was very difficult to get a hold of the owner.At 10:30 pm on the first night , the owner finally called me, I explained everything to him. He helped to accommodate, give us some of our money back and fix all issues, so yes he was polite and nice but I can’t give him more stars considering what we had to deal with . ”

”We visited Austin for a specific event, so we have not explored the area or city, but really appreciated a small green park nearby for a short walk and a few nice restaurants for affordable and delicious lunches and dinners. The most important for us was to have a good night rest which we did in this quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds in the apartment. The only drawback for us was a lack of fresh produce at the walking distance.”

”Ralph was a great host and this is a great apartment! We are so thankful we were able to land here for a couple weeks. The pool is lovely and the whole complex is very clean and well managed. It felt so nice to sit out on the patio, hang on the couch and watch tv, and even do our laundry in unit! All in all we were able to live our daily lives very comfortably while staying here. Ralph was very helpful and easy to reach. ”
