”We stayed at Breakwater in October 2023 with two young families. The apartment is well stocked and worked well for two couples with three kids under 4. Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive. Location is great - walk across the street to the harbor to check out boats and birds, or walk down to the village for breakfast or dinner. We loved our stay in Southwest Harbor and at Breakwater. ”If you like retro, this is the place for you. Great views and very nice surroundings. The room was dated, and the floor was sagging, causing the head of the bed to be lower than the foot area. Nice place to stay to enjoy the area though. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.”
