”it’s ok. Super friendly staff; for 335 a night you’d think they’d fix the broken football table - it was busted up with pieces missing or broken off 3 years ago when we came. If you need a new ones i’d happily send you one in the mail; your rec room could be so much better than it is. Greed isn’t always good if you can’t even replace a football table when cabins are 300 a night…but what do i know? 4pm check in and 10am checkout is laughable”

”The Novel House was very convenient to Zion NP and all the restaurants in Springdale. The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions about the park and the town of Springdale. The rooms were wonderfully decorated in various themes of authors. Safety and security was excellent. Parking was right on site and readily available.”

”A few takeways from our stay: Location: The stay is East of Zion so it is about 27-30 minutes to get to the Springdale entrance of Zion. Amenities: Restaurant on-site available for breakfast at 7 am, lunch, and dinner. S’mores are available at 7-9 pm. Coffee and to go snacks and sandwiches are available starting at 5 am. Yoga was available and board games too ! Recommendation: Consider starting breakfast earlier than 7 am to allow guests to beat the traffic and find close parking to the...

”Second stay at this nice hotel. Convenient location, very near to Zion NP. Rooms are quite small but clean. I appreciated the floors without carpets. I would prefer the actual breakfast (like it was before) instead of a bagged breakfast. There is not many chairs and tables to eat the breakfast so it is not very enjoyable. On the other hand the breakfast bag was easy to take to hike.”

”We had the hiker's room, and it was by far the smallest room I've ever been in (maybe 8x10 not including the bathroom). We had two twin beds with a dresser in between. There was about a foot and a half at the foot of the bed to the wall. We would have had more room without the dresser. Bathroom was also small. Walking around the property, it was pretty and well kept. Looked like all the units were small. Conveniently located. Easy walk to find food and close to park entrance.”

”Upon check in we were told that parking is $20.00 USD per day. Wasn’t very happy about that. I reviewed my Expedia booking and in the information it said parking available amongst other details such as internet provided as well. I rely on the total cost function of an Expedia booking when budgeting/planning and shouldn’t have to dig into the fine print where it says there is an additional al fee per day for parking a car. I’m sure that 99% of travellers into Springdale arrive by car and do...

”This was an exception Hampton Inn. The property is beautiful. Our room was spacious and quiet. The pool is inviting and well-maintained. The check-in was great. We were early, but the guest services person let us keep our bags in the back room and park our car so we could enter the park. I would highly recommend staying here in Springdale. The shuttle to the park is right out front, and we walked to dinner each night.”
