”This property was lovely. There were 5 adults and 5 kids including an infant. There was plenty of space inside and out. It was 4th of July and we watched fireworks from the rooftop area. The pool area was great, lots of different spaces to congregate, plenty of umbrellas, and the kids loved the water slide. There’s a fridge outside by the grill and a TV to play music at. ”House was outfitted with all the “things” to make our family reunion so much fun. Clear instructions, easy access and really easy just to be in a space to accommodate all of us as well as hang out and enjoy our time together. Thank you for a highly enjoyable and memorable stay. ”

”Excellent place. Would rent again. Location is perfect for golf and close to restaurants and shopping. Some carpeting was stained in movie room and bedroom and need replacing but the property manager indicated they were being replaced with tile. Small black bugs were in shared bathroom area that may need attention but the property manager was responsive. Otherwise the house was a great rental and otherwise clean. We would rent it again. ”

”This was a wonderful property and the backyard truly was a tropical oasis. We stayed in the middle of July and it was very hot, so we spent a lot of time in the pool. They provided everything we needed: pool towels, floats, and lots of outdoor seating. We’re tempted to return in the cooler months to enjoy the other amenities they had (grill, outdoor TVs, outdoor pool table, fire pit, and lots of yard games). Everything was well labeled. Kitchen equipment was just ok but had what we needed for basic cooking. Communication with the home owners was quick and easy.”
