”Breakfast was average. Parking was expensive. Front desk staff were pleasant. My schedule was shortened by a day, however, the manager was not available to okay a refund (because booked and fully paid through Expedia).”

”The breakfast was good. There was a nice assortment of foods to choose from each morning. The beds were not comfortable (too soft), mattress pad corners popped off every night. The rooms were partially cleaned every other day. Basically the beds were made, towels replaced and garbage removed. The most positive thing about this hotel was the location. It was less than 20 minute drive from great restaurants, shopping and sight seeing in the Scottsdale area.”

”The breakfast was the best I've seen. We had been at the hospital for days and just needed to relax by the pool. The bartender was awesome. The room was comfy, the gym was great the next morning. The staff was very helpful booking more nights. I will definitely stay again!!!!!”

”Definintely a resort for families. We enjoyed how convenient the parking is and how central the location is to go shopping and find places to eat. The rooms themselves were clean and perfect for a couple. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.”

”I recently booked this hotel for my parents, as they were traveling for a medical appointment. Based on my previous positive experiences using Expedia, I felt confident in selecting this property. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. There were several concerns during their visit. The restaurant charges on the bill appeared to be incorrect, and the quality of the food did not meet a reasonable standard. Additionally, the carpet in the room had an unpleasant odor, which...

”The property was well maintained and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and best of all QUIET! I really appreciated the nice complimentary breakfast, and the broad timespan that it was offered (6 a.m. to 10 a.m.) Great location, walking distance from CVS, donuts, a coffee shop, and an outdoor mall with several really nice restaurants. The rooms were more affordable than others in the area and I will definitely come back.”
