We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. ”The property was clean and the staff are super healthy in finding your room numbers and passwords. Theres no mini fridge or microwave but honestly there’s everything you would need for a stay for a day or two. ”

”I had to shovel three foot high snow 10 feet long to get to the front door. I also had to shovel another six feet to get to the stairs as well. Luckily I brought a shovel because if I hadn’t I couldn’t have gotten into the place. This was after being told the room wasn’t ready and was being worked on.
