”Room was beautiful, very modern, newly renovated, Very clean room and bathroom. Only downside arw the walls, they are too thin, you can hear everything next door. Need insulation foam between rooms, but wiill definitely stay again. Outside needs improvement, look old and outdated but with some paint will make it 100% perfect.”

”The cabin was a bit run down. The patio door would not lock. I had to spend half of my first day waiting for a repair man. The repair man was very nice and fixed it for the moment, but again my first day was ruined. I left a day early because I didn’t feel comfortable there. ”

”Awful. House was 95F/35C on arrival. If 80F or more outside, house was an oven. No fans, no curtains, still an oven late at night. The internet router is locked away in a cabinet that "local" property management does not have a key to, nor indeed was aware of. So after a storm, went on without internet but asked repeatedly (and owner came to property two days later allegedly to drop off key, but instead just helped himself to the shed. No key!). The call center in San Francisco has helpful...
