”The room was very clean. My only complaint was at night you can hear the other guest and the door slamming closed so it was hard to stay sleep. I always love embassy suites when traveling so i know they will take note of my concerns and adjust.”

”The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

”It’s an amazing place! A historic house in an excellent location with everything you need inside. It doesn’t have a stove, but it has a microwave. Free parking, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful park with a swan lake just a few steps away. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. We want to come back.”

”I have stayed here many times. The Tiny room is great to just sleep if you are going to be gone all day. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants, a grocery store and a lake. So if you need a comfy bed, a cup of coffee and a bathroom… this place works great. Not a ton of room because it is tiny, so pack lite. But get out and enjoy the area. The hosts are great. There were other guest who struggled with locking the main door and the hosts helped them right away. ”

”Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the yard because it rained the whole time. However, everything else was perfect. The cottage was spotlessly clean, including the very large refrigerator. The hosts were outgoing and accommodating. The weather changed a lot, but the heater and air conditioner were more than adequate. We stayed with mom, dad, college boy, little kid and Gramma. It was all cozy and comfortable, including the mattresses. The location was perfect, as we were there to visit...

”I want to start off with upkeep is the biggest factor for me, and it is why my score isn’t at a 4-5. Water pressure from the toilet is very poor. It requires a good 5-10 minutes if you want to flush more than once. Cleanliness wise, there were set-in stains that are on the toilet and the shower floor. Perhaps it’s just chips of ceramic that were gone from use and maybe hard water stains in the shower. That’s not something that the cleaning staff could reasonably fix without heavy duty cleaning...
