Huvilat – Northwest Tampa

”The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.”

”This venue was great for 25 of us ranging from kids to teen-agers to adults of all ages. A few things need attention. The Keurig didn’t work well and the movie theater projector had problems. With more attention to details like this, I’d rate the place higher. The pool was nice and big, as was the outdoor hot tub. We didn’t use the indoor one but it looked spacious. The property is very accommodating for young children and family pets. You can kayak on a river in the back but it is not too long...

”The property was clean as advertised inside but the outside photo of a well maintained lawn was misleading. The grass was not in the condition shown in the photo and I had to call the host to get the lawn cut. The outside area was the selling point for me and my family. We had plans to use the outside area during our stay but that did not happen due to the lawn condition. ”Absolutely fabulous!! Great location, extremely responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful home. It was so convenient to have laundry detergent and dish soap readily available as well as plenty of garbage bags. The rooftop was beautiful and the walk to beach can't be beat. ”
