Access to the premises was very tedious; the check-out system requires too much information and, ultimately, does not function properly, causing delays in gaining entry. Customer service is poor. The room itself is beautiful and clean, but very small and uncomfortable.”

”Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service...

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise.
Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”
