”First time at this hotel and we loved it. Location is excellent, staff are friendly and professional, Room was spacious and with the "Club" room, it had all the amenities. It was very clean, and we ate in the bar which was a pleasant experience, and the cocktails were of a very good quality and reasonable. Our only issue is limited on site parking, though there is a NCP next door, queuing was long, and we did not book a breakfast but decided to have one in the morning and it is very expensive;...

”Your classic inn with worn down rooms and most basic breakfast. Uninterested staff who coukdn’t care less that there were BLOOD STAINS on the rug of our room. Got another room which after confirming two times was not similar than the bloody one we left behind. ”

”Room was pretty cold (17 C) but heating unit helped a bit. Room was a little dirty but it was ok. Parking possibility for 10 GBP/night. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Pretty old building - brought nice vintage feel but ventilation lacking. Friendly staff!”

”Amazing service, very friendly staff. I think the best service I got in UK so far. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to US hotel rooms but still double. Loved the room decoration and the design. The only thing to point out is the shower tub didn’t drain the water well, but I think it’s a fixable issue. Overall really liked it and planning to come back again ”

”Lovely hotel shabby chicbut you don’t worry about as pets are allowed ! Staff lovely and Tea & coffee etc free 24/7 plus free cake at 3pm ish… close to everything and a great view if your on a sea view room. Huge family rooms bathrooms are a little small but still OK would defo go back 9/10 ! Bad bit iPads for check in don’t work loose them not needed staff are much nice reception ! ”

”On arrival the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the room was spotless and better than advertised the minimal shop downstairs was more than adequate the only criticism is the parking situation but you are made aware well in advance overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.”

”What a beautiful place to stay on the North Bay of Scarborough and threturnnbus services in to Scarborough South Bay are every 10-15mins. Very much enjoyed our stay. ”

Ravintolapalvelut ja pub saman katon alla. Ravintolassa hyvät ruoat ja niinkuin aina aamiainen lähes täydellinen. Pubissa paikallisia bittereitä ja aleja. Aikaa nähnyt rakennus, pienet narinat ja kaltevat lattiat kuuluvat lähes kaikkiin vastaaviin hotelleihin, joten se on otettava ominaisuutena ei vikana.”
