”The villa was over two floors with the bedrooms being downstairs and therefore cooler overall.
The reception was manned at all times and were so helpful and friendly. Even offered to give us a list to the local town if we didn't want to drive. A car was needed due to the location but that worked well for us and parking was fine.
The facilities were great inside and out - had everything we needed and the welcome package was a nice touch. The pool was pretty private and big enough to do a little...

”Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean.
Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! ”

Beach is nice to swim. The road between hotel and beach is easy to cross even with small kids and doesn't bother you with noice that much when you're lying on the beach or having dinner or sleeping.”
