”Oasis in the middle of Waikiki! Location is the best you can get in Waikiki. The hotel and the rooms are top notch classy in every detail with a beach house vibe. We had a premium room with Diamond Head view on the 15th floor with a huge terrace I will miss forever. The property is very well maintained and service is immaculate. Do not look further, this is the place to be in Honolulu! ”

”The property could run so much better. They nickel and dime you for everything. Not even free coffee in the morning. $400 per person to swim with their dolphins for 45 minutes and then they try to sell you the highly overpriced pics because they won’t let you take any. The manager refuses to let outside shuttles pick you up for off site excursions so you have to uber or cab. Last night we were there power was knocked out to resort. ”We feel right at home at the Royal Hawaiian. We will not stay anywhere else. The hospitality and kindness of the staff are beyond perfect. Many of the staff have worked there for many many years and we enjoy seeing them every time we go. They obviously must treat the employees as well as they do the patrons!”
