”Stayed with a friend via work. We had room 211. A twin. Arrived pretty much on 1500 at check in time. Staff were flat out and we were asked to wait 15 mins for our room to be ready. Not a problem. Wed have waited. But what was amazing was the offer of a drink whilst we waited. After travelling 4 hours, this was gratefully received. All staff we came across were superb, humorous and very friendly. The room Was spacious, clean and tidy. Tv a little small if you’re going to be in the room but...

”Excellent hotel,room was beautiful with garden terrace. Breakfast was very good especially the omelette thats a must.nothing was too much trouble. The hosts where lovely. I could go on all day writing good reviews but i need to learn how to make that omelette it was out of this world my hubby addicted. ”

The rooms were super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the parking easy and the breakfasts were awesome! ”The B&B Tim and Ken run is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Southern England.
