”I really like the people that run it ...you can have a laugh and a joke and their professional. I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way. The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!! Two dislikes Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use. The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside. I'm definitely going...

”Spent three days at this hotel. We had a good view of the seafront from our room. The room was clean &well laid out. Only a short walk to town & the train station. We ate a couple of times at the hotel. Well worth the money for those 3 days.”

”The B&B Tim and Ken run is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Southern England.
