”We had a reservation of an 56 size room with king bed and a Nile view. As we did our check in, we were placed to a room with a partial Nile view, no king bed and size of only 28. As I asked about it, the response was that this is the room I booked. Next day after I wrote an first impression review, a manager had tried to contact the room to talk about it . After 2 nights we were able to have a room with a Nile view and king bed but still the size of the room was half of what we had booked. The...

”Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....

Hotellilta erinomainen pääsy Länsirannan kohteisiin, kuten Kuninkaiden laaksoon. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Ruoka loistavaa sekä aamiaisella että ravintolassa. ”The Front Office & Housekeeping team are the best. The breafast buffet spread is definitely wholesome. The Hotel Manager is friendly and helpful with simple requests from guests. The only issue is the tepid water in the shower. If you're not expecting a 5-Star luxury, this property will meet your expectation. Im definitely planning to return here in the next few months.”
